PROJECT MANAGEMENT

• Full fixed fee Project Construction Management

• Site supervision

• Certifications for any interim or complete payments during construction phase

• Contract administration

• Cost Reimbursement Contract Procurement as shown on diagrams 1 and 2

• Health & Safety issues
